To help job seekers looking for their next big step, professional networking site LinkedIn has ranked the nation’s and Chicago’s top companies for career growth based on data from its platform.
LinkedIn limited companies to companies with at least 100 full-time employees to find the best places to build a career based on metrics such as the percentage of employees who learn new skills and the rate at which they advance within the company.
