England and Argentina fans share their thoughts on one of soccer’s biggest rivalries ahead of the FIFA World Cup semi-finals

Lionel Messi’s wife Antonella Roccuzzo is enjoying her own spotlight.
As the couple’s three children grow older, Roccuzzo is venturing into her own business. She co-founded children’s clothing brand Enfant with her cousin, and Roccuzzo has partnered with athleisure maker Aro. Tiffany. Lancôme; and beauty brand Anastasia Beverly Hills.
“It’s important to do something for yourself,” Rocuzzo said in an interview with Elle magazine earlier this year. “It was tough, and it’s still tough. It’s not always fun. But I have the support of my husband, and that’s very important. If I didn’t have that support, I don’t think I would have done this job at all.”
“This is very new to me because I’m very shy,” she added. “No one knows my voice. I can’t speak. The very act of doing this interview is a first for me. So as time goes on, I’m starting to have more confidence in myself, I’m starting to have more confidence in myself.”

Antonella Roccuzzo met Lionel Messi as a child
Roccuzzo and Messi both grew up in Rosario, Argentina, and met through their cousin Lucas Scaglia. Scalia was one of Messi’s teammates at his childhood club, Newell’s Old Boys.
Roccuzzo and Messi kept in touch even after he moved to Barcelona at the age of 13. It is unclear when they started dating, but Messi admitted in 2009 that he has a girlfriend. Roccuzzo moved to Barcelona the following year.
The couple married in June 2017 with a rosary.
What does Antonella Roccuzzo do?
Roccuzzo holds a degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from the National University of Rosario. She wanted to become a dentist, so she went to graduate school.
“I don’t know why because no one in my family has[a dentist]but I always dreamed of it,” Rocuzzo told Grazia magazine.
She realized she didn’t really want to be a dentist and left the program after a year. Now, she is an entrepreneur, co-founding children’s clothing brand Enfant with her cousin and serving as an ambassador for several brands. She describes herself as a “digital creator” on her Instagram page, where she has over 40 million followers.
