Watch Trader Joe’s shoppers open ‘mystery’ seasonal items

Three new Trader Joe’s stores are opening across the United States this week, with 10 more planned in the future.
Two of the three stores that opened this week were among seven new stores Trader Joe’s announced in September. The company currently operates stores in 42 states, with only Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Mississippi and West Virginia without stores.
Trader Joe’s confirmed in an email to USA TODAY that 10 other stores in eight states are scheduled to open in the future, but no opening date has been set at this time.

Where will Trader Joe’s open new stores?
Here are the new Trader Joe’s stores opening this week:
- 600 Kingwood Dr., Kingwood, Texas – December 5th
- 21 Town Center Ave., Ste 101, Melbourne, FL – December 3
- 5335 Wisconsin Avenue, Washington, DC – December 4th
Although there is no firm opening date, new Trader Joe’s stores are expected to open in these cities soon.
