List Agent Robert B. Kinlin said in a Facebook statement that the House was “the record for the best home sales in Cape Cod in 2025!” The statement said, “It was featured in the Chronicle and featured in the views of the Nantucket Sound and Kennedy complex, and proves that the iconic home still turns its head and commands the Top Dollar.”

The singer easily owned this Hyannis Port home in 2012 in a brief romance with Connor Kennedy, son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
