The home, known for appearing on the Nashville TV show, was recently featured as Flower Magazine’s 2025 Show House of the Year.

The expansive three-story home sits on six acres and features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a three-car garage at 1358 Page Road, according to listing information from Fridrich & Clark Realty. It served as the home base for Nashville character Rayna James from 2012 to 2018. It’s currently on the market for $24.5 million.

“Every aspect of the home has been renovated,” the listing says.

This includes everything from a new second kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace and HVAC to new flooring, trim, and molding. Flower Magazine hosted a tour at the home from October 9th to 26th. Its transformation for the showcase brought together 23 interior designers from Pfeffer Torode Architecture and Maker Construction Co.

The property listing says, “The exterior is beautiful and new.” “I thought I knew this house, but today is completely different.”

The house was sold in 2023 for $7.5 million.

Now that the Flower Magazine showcase has ended, staff will work to reset the staging, Steve Fridrich said. Regular screenings are expected to resume within a week.

Fridrich, president and managing partner of Fridrich & Clark, said the home’s bold patterns in the bathrooms, elaborate wood-paneled library and large screened porch with fireplace are just some of the features that catch his eye. The lower level of the home also includes a spa area with a cold plunge tub, Jacuzzi, and steam shower. Construction is still underway and is expected to be completed within a month.

“The quality of the homes is excellent,” Fridrich said. “Every room is very special.”
