The creepy season is almost here, with two home developers heading straight for who has the tallest “Skelly.”

Home Depot’s Skelly, a 12-foot plastic skeleton, has dominated the front yard (and social media) since its debut in 2020. Inflatable skeleton. No, this handsome companion doesn’t seem to have a name.

Row’s ghostly living 20 feet, the giant skeleton inflatable stand is two-story, featuring a friendly cartoonish black and white skeleton that waves at the one below. The inflatable is sold as being able to inflate and contract its own in seconds and is available for $269 on the Lowe website. The skeleton has a constant white LED light to illuminate the garden.

For comparison, Home Depot Skelly is listed on the Home Depot website for $299. The plastic skeleton has a gearable arm, tether and ground stakes for stability. This year, we have a new LED eyeball that can be controlled with a remote control.

For those who want to add to their Skelly collection, Home Depot offers a 5-foot long skeleton cat with Skelly’s Cat, a Poseable Mouth and Orange Eyes, and a 7-foot long skeleton dog with eight LED eye options and a posable chin. Both animals are $199 on the Home Depot website.
