President Donald Trump will be sent to Pennsylvania on Dec. 9 to continue his efforts to take back the economic message from Democrats.
Democrats have performed overwhelmingly in recent elections, many focused on affordability. Trump won the 2024 election on a promise to make the cost of living more manageable, and some polls now show that is his top issue among voters.
With the 2026 midterm elections just around the corner, President Trump wants to draw attention to his economic success.
“We inherited an absolute mess from the Biden administration,” President Trump said on December 8. “Democrats created the affordability problem and we are the ones solving it.”
