Lululemon is temporarily removing a new style of leggings from its North American online store following customer complaints.

In a statement emailed to USA TODAY, Lululemon said it is temporarily removing the new “Get Low” collection from its online store to “better understand feedback from our first guests.” The company added that despite selling its products online, the collection continues to be sold in its physical stores across North America.

“We plan to bring this collection back to our North American e-commerce channels in the near future, and this collection will continue to be available in other markets,” Lululemon said.

According to Reuters and CBS News, users on Reddit complained that the new leggings were “see-through” when bending over or squatting, and some people called the leggings not “squat-proof.”

“Our Get Low collection is designed to support our guests’ workouts and features seamless technology that provides a sculpted look and feel with weightless, quick-drying fabrics,” Lululemon said in a statement.

This isn’t the first time Lululemon has discontinued a new collection following customer complaints. The company discontinued its “Breeze Through” leggings in 2024 after customers claimed the fabric was substandard.

Additionally, customers complained about the waistband, seams, and small size of the leggings.

“The fabric is good, but there is a design flaw in the back seam that makes my butt look completely asymmetrical.” 1 X user July 24, 2025. “My daughter tried it on and refused to come out of the store to show it to me. It’s so embarrassing.”
