Jeep Dealers offer 99 Sentry leasing on Wagoneer EV

Date:

We’ve grown to boatload large amounts of hype with dealer ads, but Jeep Dealers in Gresham, Oregon offer the Electric 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer S for 99 cents a month. No, this is not a fat finger mistake by an overworked webmaster. The ads actually say, “This is not a mistake! Less than $1 a month!”

Now you’re hoping for a catch or two, and you’ll be right, but they’re not as strict as you would expect. This transaction applies only to one particular vehicle identified by inventory number. There is a down payment of $3,999, which is a 24-month lease limited to 5,000 miles per year, with additional miles being charged at 30 cents per 30 cents. Still, even if you earn 12,000 miles a year, you average it to $175 a month, plus 99 cents lease payments. Although taxes and plates are not included, Oregon has no sales tax and only charges 0.5% tax on new car sales.

Due to the fees and realistic mileage, a 99-cent lease could cost around $200 a month, but as sales manager Steve Simmons told us, it’s still a “amazing deal on a very expensive car.” We tend to agree.

No, this is not an effort to abandon cars that are slowly selling. Simmons proudly says that Gresham Chrysler Dodge Jeep Lamb has been Oregon’s finest Stellantis dealer for 24 consecutive months and is a dealer in nearby Washington, with many customers coming. The dealer takes a financial bath at the 99 cent Wagoneer S, but Simmons says it’s worth advertising. Earlier this year, when Gresham offered the electric Dodge Charger Daytona R/T for $49 a month, Tiktok’s posts recorded 3 million views and flooded dealers with business.

Speaking of which, Gresham still offers a $49/month lease transaction for one charger R/T, a $99/month Wagoneer S Launch Edition, and a Daytona Scat Pack charger for $129/month. The transaction will expire on July 25th, but it will undoubtedly be replaced by more headline manufacturers. That said, Gresham’s $1-dollar electric vehicle days may be limited as the federal government’s EV tax credit is expected to be killed by one big beautiful bill law.

Oh, and that 99 St. Wagoneer’s Limited, Stock #ST574257? At the time of chatting with the dealer, it is still available.
