England vs Norway LIVE World Cup Scores, Lineup, Highlights, Channels

Date:

England will play Norway in the World Cup quarter-finals in Miami on Saturday. This battle will feature some of the most famous stars on the planet and will determine who will qualify for the final four of the tournament.

Norway have featured Erling Haaland in their first World Cup since 1998, with the striker scoring seven goals so far, including two in three games. Meanwhile, England are looking to set a date for the quarter-finals with an emotional victory over Mexico in the round of 16.

“I believe that every match in this World Cup was the “most important” and best for Norwegian football,” coach Staare Solbakken said. “So this is the third ‘most important’ match and I think the players are in a relaxed yet competitive mood. ”

The winner will face Argentina or Switzerland in the semifinals on Wednesday, July 14 in Atlanta.

There were fears that the England vs. Norway match would be postponed, but there’s no lightning or thunder in the Miami area, and it’s very hot and humid anyway.

Several World Cup matches were affected by lightning, with two games delayed in Mexico City and a two-hour delay in Philadelphia.

Seth Terny: Norway 2-1 England

Unless Erling Haaland stops scoring every game (usually more than once), it will be difficult to pick a player for the match against Norway. England are in good form, but their backline will once again be no match for Norway’s stars.

john arnold : Norway 1-3 England

Haaland will be available, but Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and the versatile wide attackers will not be able to cope with the Norwegian centre-back.

Jesse Yomtov: Norway 1-2 England

Haaland scored, but this is not an England team that crumbles under pressure. The Zee Lions are resilient and will outlive the upstart Norwegians.

victoria hernandez: Norway 2-3 England

Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham play Batman and Robin, leading Erling Haaland’s magical run.
