After more than four years together, Emma Roberts and Kodi John said:
The 35-year-old “American Horror Story” alum, daughter of Kelly Cunningham and Eric Roberts, and niece of Julia Roberts, married the “In the Dark” and “Wu-Tang: An American Saga” actor in a ceremony at a private home in Idaho on July 25, Vogue reported.
USA TODAY has reached out to a representative for the couple for comment.
Emma Roberts wore custom off-white silk chiffon by Monique Lhuillier, which helped her achieve the “little antique ghost doll” look she was going for. The gown, which took Lhuillier nine months and nearly 1,000 hours to complete, was designed to change throughout the night, creating five different looks.
For the after-party, Emma Roberts wore an archival black two-piece from Lhuillier’s 2004 collection, featuring a black corset top and layered silk organza skirt.
“I love the idea of wearing black to the afterparty,” Emma Roberts told Vogue. “We love doing something a little unexpected. This could be totally vintage from 100 years ago or now.”
“He wouldn’t care if I wore jeans,” the “Scream Queens” actress said of John’s reaction. “But he will definitely die for this.”
She also said, “I’ve gotten married in a movie before, and I tried on a wedding dress for that and it felt very strange. So now it’s the real thing.”
The two went public with their relationship in August 2022, with John sharing a photo of them kissing on a boat.
The two have kept their personal lives mostly private since their debut, apart from birthday posts celebrating each other, but they shared their next milestone: getting engaged in July 2024. Emma Roberts captioned the photo: “Before my mom tells everyone, I’m putting this here ❤️.”
Emma Roberts has a 5-year-old son, Rose Robert Hedlund, with ex-boyfriend Garrett Hedlund.
The “Tulsa King” actor and Emma Roberts recently shared some insight into their parenthood, posting photos from a trip to Universal Studios in Florida to celebrate Rose’s belated fifth birthday in January.
