Try McDonald’s Big Arch Burger on USA TODAY
USA TODAY’s Mike Snyder sampled McDonald’s Big Arch Burger, which will be released nationwide in March 2026.
A range of new ‘refreshing’ drink options have landed in McDonald’s stores.
On Wednesday, May 6, McDonald’s added six specialty drinks to its lineup, including caffeinated soft drinks and dirty sodas.
It features a selection of three lemonade-based refreshers and three so-called dirty sodas, from Sprite Berry Blast to Blackberry Passion Fruit Refresher.
Guillaume Huin, senior marketing director for McDonald’s US, revealed in an April 28 X post that restaurants have already “started training and preparing” for the “big day.”
“McDonald’s drinks have always been special, but this one takes us into a new era. We hope you like it, and as always, let us know what you think,” Huynh said.
“Our fans are obsessed with drinks. To them, drinks are more than just drinks. And soon, our drinks won’t just be a reason to come to McDonald’s, they’ll be a reason to come to McDonald’s.” of Here’s why,” McDonald’s Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Alyssa Buettikofer said in a statement.
Here’s everything we know about the new drink.
