The Philadelphia Phillies will host the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1, one of the most anticipated division series in MLB history.
The star-studded Dodgers are about to become baseball’s first recurring champions for a quarter-century, but the Phillies have won goodbye to the NLDS by fleeing with the NL East behind the historic season from Slugger Kyle Schwarber.
Shohei Ohtani will feature his first career postseason pitching in the opening game in front of a frenzy crowd at Citizens Bank Park.
“They are known to be extremely passionate fans,” Otani said a day before Game 1.
