Spring is almost here, but for Starbucks, it’s already here.

Starbucks’ spring menu arrives on Tuesday, March 3rd, and is filled with lavender, coconut, ube, and matcha. Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Cream Frappuccino are back with a new cute frog cake pop.

On March 3, the coffee chain also introduced a new chai recipe featuring notes of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger, and sweetened with 2 grams of honey. This recipe allows customers to control their sweetness by leaving the drink unsweetened or adding the ideal number of classic syrup pumps. Other syrup flavors, such as vanilla, can also be added to reduce the spicy flavor of chai, according to a news release.

Here’s what you need to know about Starbucks’ Spring 2026 menu.
