Top fast food chain report: Jersey Mike’s ranks first
After 11 years in business, Chick-fil-A is no longer the top-rated quick-service restaurant, according to the U.S. Customer Satisfaction Index.
Cow Appreciation Day is back at Chick-fil-A.
The fast food chain will bring back the popular event for the first time since 2019 on July 14 to celebrate its 80th birthday. The company told USA TODAY that the event was suspended for 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The return of Cow Appreciation Day gives longtime fans a chance to relive their favorite summer tradition while introducing a whole new generation to the fun of Cows,” the company said in a news release.
Chick-fil-A says the company has used cows in advertising since 1995, when the phrase “Eat Mor Chikin” first appeared on billboards in Atlanta. The cow first appeared in a Chick-fil-A television commercial in 1997.
When is Cow Appreciation Day in 2026?
This year’s event will be held at Chick-fil-A stores nationwide on Tuesday, July 14th from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time.
