A complete list will be available once awards are announced

Date:

The 98th Academy Awards will air on Sunday, March 15th on ABC and Hulu (7pm ET/4pm PT). All 2026 Oscar winners updated in real time.

We imagine that the outstanding expression “Oscar winner” feels sensational.

The 98th Academy Awards kicked off on March 15 at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood (ABC and Hulu, 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT), with Hollywood’s biggest names in designer dad fashion.

Before the actors, filmmakers, and collaborators who made the films that moved us this year begin to get the recognition they deserve, returning host Conan O’Brien offers an opening quip.

“Sinners” led the night with 16 nominations, including Best Picture. Ever since Michael B. Jordan beat Marty Supreme’s Timothée Chalamet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards earlier this month, the race for Best Actor has become one we can all take seriously. And the Academy awarded Jordan an Oscar.

“One Battle After Another” had more than a fighting chance, entering the night with 13 nominations. In its first two hours, the film won three awards, including Best Supporting Actor (Sean Penn), Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Casting. The aforementioned “Marty Supreme” tied “Frankenstein” and “Sentimental Value” with nine mentions.

Speaking of ties, this night marks the seventh tie in Oscar history, dating back to 1929. The last time two nominees split the category was at the 85th Academy Awards in 2013. “Skyfall” and “Zero Dark Thirty” both won awards for sound editing.

Scroll on to see all the winners walking away with the money.
