Spring is still more than a month away, but Starbucks is already counting the days and unveiling its spring menu as winter weather spreads.

Lavender, coconut, and ube (purple yam) dominate Starbucks’ Spring 2026 menu, with several fan favorites returning, including Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Iced Lavender Latte, and Lavender Cream Frappuccino.

Starbucks also plans to introduce new chai recipes this spring, according to a Jan. 26 news release. Details were limited, but Starbucks promises that the base will be the same “iconic chai flavor” made with “black tea and warming spices like cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and ginger.”

The new menu items will launch alongside Starbucks’ refreshed rewards program. The new program, which launches on March 10, offers three free membership tiers, including extended benefit expiration dates, new ways to earn points, and one free drink change per month.

Here’s what we know so far about Starbucks’ spring menu drop.

When does Starbucks’ spring menu end?

Starbucks’ Spring 2026 menu will go on sale on Tuesday, March 3rd.

What is Starbucks’ spring menu?

The spring menu is as follows.

  • Toasted coconut cream cold brew (new)
  • Toasted coconut latte (new)
  • Iced ube coconut macchiato (new)
  • Iced lavender cream chai (new)
  • iced lavender cream matcha
  • iced lavender latte
  • lavender cream frappuccino
  • Frog cake pop (new)

Starbucks changes chai recipe

In addition to several new drinks, Starbucks is also updating its chai recipe, which will also be available on March 3rd. Customers will soon be able to customize their chai drinks, “adjusting the level of sweetness, spice and overall flavor,” according to a Jan. 26 news release. As of January 30th, Starbucks had not released any details about the new recipes.

The new Energy Refresher will be available later this spring

Starbucks will also introduce a new Energy Refresher later this spring, Erin Shane Riley, Starbucks brand communications director, told USA TODAY on January 30. Iced drinks offer customizable energy, allowing customers to order decaf or add extra energy. Energy Refresher is naturally made with a blend of B vitamins and caffeine, Riley continued.

New syrups will also be added to the menu.

Two new syrups, raspberry and mango, will also be available later this spring, Riley said.
