Insomnia Cookies now accepting Valentine’s Day “reservations” for dinner dates

Insomnia Cookies is hosting a “Date Night” this February.

The Philadelphia-based bakery chain is offering pairs, especially Insomnia Rewards members, the ability to dine at select bakeries by making a “reservation.”

According to Insomnia Cookies, “first-ever limited-time reservations” are now available for reservation on the Insomnia Cookies website, but “spots remain.” Pairs can schedule an appointment between 8pm and 12am local time on Thursday, February 12th or Friday, February 13th.

In addition to offering the venue, Insomnia Cookies is offering the “Ultimate Date Night Package,” a fixed price assortment of “the most indulgent” cookies, three dipping sauces and milk for $30.

“As a late-night bakery known for serving warm and delicious cookies, Insomnia is pleased to introduce in-store reservations for Valentine’s Day in celebration of one of the most indulgent times of the year,” Seth Berkowitz, founder and CEO of Insomnia Cookies, said in a statement.

“We look forward to sharing our love of warm cookies with insomniacs and continuing to create meaningful connections with consumers rooted in their insatiable appetite,” Berkowitz added.

Insomnia Cookies unveils Valentine’s Day menu

Insomnia Cookies is celebrating “Season of Love” by adding five new treats and three new limited edition dips to its menu.

“Perfect for dunks, drizzles, and double dips,” the dip assortment consists of milk chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel dip. All dips will be available in stores starting February 9th, while supplies last.

From the Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic to the Red Velvet Classic, the following five sweet treats are set to debut.

  • red velvet classic: Red velvet cookie filled with rich cream cheese icing. (Sales start from January 27th, end when supplies last)
  • red velvet cookies and cream brookie: Red velvet cookies baked on top of a brookie base stuffed with cream cheese chips and topped with crushed chocolate sandwich cookies. (Sales start from January 27th, end when supplies last)
  • chocolate covered strawberry classic: A strawberry cookie filled with strawberry cranberry bits and plenty of Hershey’s Mini Kisses chocolate. (Sales start from January 27th, end when supplies last)
  • red velvet cheesecake classic: Cheesecake Center’s luxurious red velvet cookies and mini cream cheese chips (sales start at some bakeries from February 13th, end when sold out)
  • Ghirardelli Chocolate lava cake classic: Chocolate cookie dough mixed with Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips and Ghirardelli cocoa powder, filled with Ghirardelli chocolate filling. (Sales start from February 13th, end when sold out)
