Lego unveils new SMART bricks at CES
The LEGO Group announced new SMART Play bricks at CES, and the first building sets featuring Star Wars will be released in March.
Another puppy has joined Lego’s pet collection, and this one “has the great energy of a golden retriever,” the company announced on Monday, January 19th. Instagram post.
According to the Lego website, the Lego Icon Golden Retriever Puppy Set looks like a golden retriever puppy wearing a blue collar with a gold tag and can be posed in a variety of positions. Contains 2,102 pieces and is recommended for adults 18 years and older.
The pup joins other pet sets including the 1,722-piece LEGO Disney 101 Dalmatian Puppy Set and the 1,710-piece LEGO Ideas Tuxedo Cat.

The LEGO set retails for $139.99 (excluding taxes and fees) and is available for pre-order on the LEGO website. Lego says it’s scheduled to ship on Sunday, February 1st.

What is the recommended age for a LEGO Golden Retriever puppy?
The LEGO set, like other sets in the LEGO Icon line, is recommended for adults 18 years and older.
Lego sets for ages 18+ are more advanced than other sets and may include more pieces or more complex designs. According to Lego’s website, the set is “specifically designed for adults” so they can “unplug, unbox and relax.”
