Vehicle and car enthusiasts will flock to Huntington Place as early as this weekend for the 2026 Detroit Auto Show.
If you haven’t purchased your tickets yet, it’s not too late. The show opens to the public on Saturday, January 17th and will run through Sunday, January 25th at Huntington Place in Detroit.
““The 2026 Detroit Auto Show will be a hub for all kinds of experiences. From on-track vehicle comparisons to first-hand previews of emerging technologies, important industry conversations and fascinating student career explorations, the show will feature two weeks of fully immersive experiences and programming,” Detroit Auto Show Chairman Todd Szot said in a statement.
Here’s what you need to know if you’re planning on attending the 2026 Detroit Auto Show.
The 2026 Detroit Auto Show will be open to the public from January 17th to 25th.
Huntington Place in downtown Detroit.
The show will run from Saturday, January 17th to Saturday, January 24th from 10am to 8pm. It will be held on Sunday, January 25th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Ticket prices for public performances are as follows:
- adult: $25
- Seniors aged 65 and over: $15
- Children aged 3-12: $10
- Children under 2 years old: free
- Family Pass (2 adults, 3 children): $60
- Advance group sales of 30+ public show tickets: $18. Advance group tickets must be purchased by 9am on January 17th.
Tickets can be purchased in advance at detroitautoshow.com. If purchased online, there will be an additional charge of $1-3 per ticket.
Tickets can be purchased with cash or credit on the day of the show at the ticket booth located at Huntington Place. The ticket office is located in Hall B of Huntington Place. The office can be reached at 888-838-7500.
Tickets purchased before December 1st were sold at a lower price as an early bird special.
According to the Detroit Auto Show website, each ticket is valid for one day of admission to the show. Once a ticket is scanned, it becomes invalid.
You can leave the show and come back the same day, but your hand must be stamped before you leave.
The show will run from Saturday, January 17th to Saturday, January 24th from 10am to 8pm. It will be held on Sunday, January 25th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
