Dippel’s two TikTok videos, comparing prices in 1997 and 30 years later, have gone viral and have been viewed by more than 3.4 million people so far.
She was surprised by some price increases, such as a 72-pack of Pampers diapers more than doubling from $12.99 to $31.47.
“To me it’s just crazy,” Dippel told USA TODAY of the price increase.
