Wendy’s will be releasing Bacon this Tuesday, December 30th, also known as National Bacon Day.

The Dublin, Ohio-based burger chain is celebrating the occasion with a 1-cent Junior Bacon Cheeseburger for all Wendy’s app users on Tuesday, Dec. 30.

Wendy’s is proud of its bacon supremacy. “At Wendy’s, bacon isn’t just a topping, it’s a lifestyle,” the company said in a statement. “From our iconic Baconator to our Breakfast Baconator to our Bacon-Infused Breakfast Burrito, we literally own the bacon.”

The Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is made with a toasted bun topped with a fresh, unfrozen square beef patty, two strips of bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. “This is the right way to do bacon,” the company said in a statement.

National Bacon Day, Tuesday, Dec. 30, will be the only day customers can buy Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers for 1 cent at participating restaurants.
