Are travel headaches most likely to occur during Christmas week?
If you, like millions of Americans, travel for Christmas, the weather can cause serious problems.
Christmas is here, but if you’ve been putting off buying a gift for a loved one or need a last-minute trip to the grocery store, consumers won’t have many shopping options this Thursday, Dec. 25.
While some restaurant chains will remain open on Christmas, most grocery stores and retail chains will be closed for the holidays, as well as banks, post offices and stock markets.
That group also includes Target, which announced in a news release last month that its stores will close on Christmas Day this year. The store will reopen with regular business hours on Friday, December 26th.
