This year’s Black Friday falls on November 28th, and historically it’s an important day for shopping. Many restaurants hold sales for shoppers who want to take a break from bargain hunting. There are also discounts on food and drinks for gifts.
If online spending is a barometer, shoppers are embracing early deals. Shoppers have spent $79.7 billion online from Nov. 1 to Nov. 23, according to Adobe Analytics, which tracks e-commerce. Adobe says this is a 7.5% increase over last year.
Online spending is expected to increase by 8.3% on Black Friday and 6.3% on Cyber Monday (December 1st), and Adobe estimates that overall online holiday spending will reach $253.4 billion, a record high, up 5.3% year over year.
Whether you’re in-store or online, here are some great deals for yourself or someone on your gift list.
Red Lobster Contest and BOGO Food Sale
Through December 31st, get a $5 bonus coupon when you purchase a $25 Red Lobster gift card. The coupon also includes an eight-digit code that can be used as an entry into the restaurant chain’s Red Lobster raffle, which includes prizes such as a $25,000 grand prize and a $50 Red Lobster gift card. (During the campaign period, you can collect up to 20 tickets and have up to 20 chances to win.)
Plus, from Cyber Monday through December 7th, buy one, get one free on select entrees: Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, and Garlic Shrimp Scampi.
Wendy’s sells Frosty’s for 67 cents on Black Friday
Wendy’s is having a Black Friday sale inspired by the “6-7” meme (pronounced “six-seven”). This is a small frosty for $0.67 all day long. This offer is available on the Wendy’s app or by ordering at restaurants nationwide.
After Black Friday, you can still receive this deal as a mobile order or online order in the Wendy’s app until December 7th (valid once per day during this period).
7-Eleven Black Friday Holiday Sale
The convenience store chain is running several specials at its 7-Eleven, Speedway, and Stripes stores through January 6, 2026. The first offers members of the 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards loyalty programs a $2 breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a hot coffee. All customers can take advantage of the $5 Pizza Combo deal, which includes two pizzas and a 20-ounce Coca-Cola. Speedy Café locations offer large one-topping pizzas for $5.
Holiday sales from Amazon and Whole Foods
Are you preparing to host a holiday gathering? Amazon offers deals on private label groceries online and in-store, with same-day delivery and available for purchase at Whole Foods Market.
- Grocery sales: Available for same-day delivery on Amazon (in eligible locations) and online with Amazon Fresh, the special includes more than 10% off select Amazon Basics holiday hosting supplies, while supplies last. Amazon-branded holiday baking essentials and pantry items for under $3 (on sale until December 1st). - Amazon Prime Sale: Members will receive $5 off on eligible grocery purchases of $25 or more at participating stores from Friday, Nov. 28 through Tuesday, Dec. 2. Find eligible items in the same-day store on Amazon.com.
- Whole Foods Deals: Amazon Prime members can save 25% on select 365 by Whole Foods Market baking essentials like spices, sweeteners, baking mixes, flour, cocoa, baking chocolate and more while supplies last.
