Who went home on ‘Survivor 49’?

Playing both sides on “Survivor” is great, in theory, until both sides start talking to each other.

This strategy led to the downfall of one castaway on the Wednesday, Nov. 19 episode of the reality competition series, where players vote against each other while surviving on the island.

Season 49’s Merge started out as a battle of Hina vs. Uri tribes, but the latest polls have proven the game to be much more fluid. After Michelle “MC” Chukwujek was voted out last week, several contestants were clearly shocked that Sophie Segreti (in yellow) remained in the game, and the reaction made her uncomfortable.

On the other hand (blue), Sophie Balerdi, Rizo Velovic and Savannah Louie continue to play from the bottom with several advantages such as extra votes, immunity idols and “knowledge is power”.

Here’s who went home on tonight’s episode.

Who was voted off on ‘Survivor’?

Alex Moore, 27, a political communications director in Washington, became the third juror after being blindsided by six negative votes.

His allies from Illinois, Stephen Lamb and Christina Mills, were also blindsided as they both voted for Sophie (in blue), while Alex cast his lone vote for target Lizzo. Rizzo led the charge against Alex after crediting him for effectively cooperating against the rival alliances.

This strategy has previously worked for players joining the merge from the Disaster Tribe.

At his retirement press conference, Alex said, “Honestly, I can’t say I’m surprised. I’m sitting here a little too loose-lipped.” “I know everyone at home calls me a softie, but I killed two chickens and brought home four fish for my tribe, so I’m a lot tougher than I think I am. And I know I’m a stronger person because of being here.”

With Alex’s exit, Sophie (in blue) becomes the only survivor of the infamous Kele tribe. The Kele lost three immunity challenges and had one player medically evacuated after being bitten by a snake.
