Following some interesting results in Week 12, the US LBM Coaches Poll has had a bit of a makeover.

The top three teams are still undefeated and maintain their respective positions, but one of them had a pretty dramatic turn of events. Ohio State remains in first place this week with 60 of 63 first-place votes. Indiana doesn’t need any last-minute heroics this time and remains in second place. Texas A&M is still in third place after a wild second-half rally to escape South Carolina, but the Aggies have only been in first place three games to date.

Georgia took over the No. 4 spot thanks to a decisive win over Texas. Oregon State is back in the top five, with Mississippi State and Texas Tech also moving up.

Oklahoma State advanced to the playoffs with a road win over Alabama and moved up to 8th place. The Sooners moved past Notre Dame and also had a decisive road win in Pittsburgh, but remained in ninth place. The University of Alabama dropped six spots to 10th place, and the University of Texas dropped eight spots to 18th place.

North Texas, Houston and Tulane all returned to the top 25 in the final three spots.

It was a tough weekend for schools near the Ohio River, with Louisville, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh dropping out.
