Supreme Court decides fate of President Trump’s tariffs
The Supreme Court will decide whether President Donald Trump’s global tariffs amount to an overreach of presidential power.
The Trump administration has suspended a White House event announcing price cuts for weight loss drugs after an attendee standing behind President Donald Trump collapsed.
White House press secretary Caroline Levitt said the pharmaceutical company representative was unconscious, but “the gentleman is safe.”
The individual’s name was not immediately known. He collapsed in the Oval Office as speakers discussed deals with drug companies aimed at cutting costs.
Attendees who were standing next to the man began clinging to him, and Dr. Mehmet Oz of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administration held his head as he was taken to lie on the floor.
The media was chased out of the room as those attending the event turned their attention to the person. The event was scheduled to resume soon.
This is a developing story. Please check back for more information.
