Shrek and Super Mario inside new balloons at Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
Four new character balloons debuted at Macy’s Balloonfest ahead of the annual Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Subway will release a new menu item, “Gochisou”, next week.
A collection of holiday-inspired sandwiches, including Subway’s famous Turducken, is set to debut in restaurants nationwide starting Thursday, Nov. 13.
Filled with holiday meats, cranberry sauce and fillings, the Festive Feast Subway is a “fresh twist on Thanksgiving favorites,” Subway said in a news release.
Subway’s collection also showcases “an all-new sweet and tangy cranberry sauce blended with parsley, rosemary, sage, breadcrumbs and broth, and a flavorful turkey stuffing,” the sandwich chain said.
“Whether you’re looking for a delicious meal to bring to Friendsgiving, your turkey is on fire (or frozen), or you just want to feast without the fuss, Subway’s Festive Feast Collection is the perfect solution for holiday gatherings and kitchen mishaps,” he added.

TurHamKen, Festive Turkey and Festive Chicken will debut in Subway restaurants nationwide on Thursday, November 13th.

- festival Türkiye – oven roasted turkey sandwich
- festive chicken – Rotisserie chicken sandwich (cooked with sous vide method)
According to Subway, all three Subways are “heaped with Monterey cheddar cheese, spinach, red onion, mayonnaise, and Subway’s new stuffing and cranberry sauce.” Customers looking to “get even more festive” can also add cranberry sauce or fillings to their subs for $1.
