The internet can’t seem to stop going wild over baked goods franchise Nothing Bundt Cake’s latest seasonal offering: Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake.
Since its debut on September 29th, Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake has become a fan of many, at least those who have had the chance to try it.
“The Biscoff cookie butter cake from a nondescript bundt cake was the worst,” one social media user wrote on Oct. 2.
Unofficially dubbed the “Diamond of the Season,” fans begged the company to keep the Biscoff cookie butter cake on the menu longer than Sunday, October 12, when it was scheduled to be taken off the menu.
Some people are making plans and some are actively trying to taste it. Some customers have reported that the product is out of stock in their area.
Nothing Bundt Cakes says its Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake is already sold out at several bakeries across the country, so customers should grab it before it’s gone.
A match made in cookie butter heaven
Claire Jessen, vice president of culinary at Nothing Bundt Cakes, says the Dallas-based company has been “noticing the growing cookie butter trend in recent years and knew its warm, spicy flavor would pair perfectly with our moist Bundt cakes and signature cream cheese frosting.”
“Seeing how much our guests loved it, we knew partnering with Biscoff, the company best known for its cookie butter, was the right choice,” Jessen said in a statement. “Biscoff Cookie Butter Bundt Cake has been an incredible hit, and given its enthusiastic response, we are already discussing ways to bring back the ‘joy’ of this flavor in the near future.”
The internet is breaking down over Biscoff Bundt cake
Customers who were lucky enough to sample the cake posted reviews on social media, most of which were overwhelmingly positive.
While the majority seemed to support the treat, some were curious to see if the seasonal product lived up to the hype. A minority of people found the dessert a bit too sweet.
For those curious about the flavor profile, Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake is, according to its description, “a comforting spiced cake with Biscoff cookie butter baked directly on top and sprinkled on top, with real Biscoff cookies baked on the bottom and topped with real Biscoff cookies.”

Biscoff is having a good time: Crumble drops Biscoff cookies
If you can’t get Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake at your local Nothing Bundt Cakes, Crumbl also promotes a similar product.
Crumble’s Biscoff Pie is “a Biscoff-infused cream cheese pie filling served on a flaky Biscoff crust, topped with a smooth Biscoff spread, a dollop of fresh whipped cream, and a crunchy Biscoff cookie.”
Crumble says the dessert is best eaten chilled and can be ordered for delivery or pick-up at Crumble locations until Saturday, October 11th.
