Nothing represents Christmas like eggnog, peppermint or gingerbread flavoured items. Starbucks knows too well.
Starbucks is regaining its holiday menu and popular red cup day. On November 6th, the coffee house chain will add peppermint mocha, caramel blue latte, ice sugar cookie latte and ice gingerbread chai to its menu.
Later in the holiday season, the chestnut prarin latte and fan-favorite eggnoglate will return, Starbucks told USA Today in a statement.
According to Starbucks, coffee lovers are delighted as Red Cup Day will also return later this holiday season. Customers can celebrate their informal annual holidays with collectable reusable holiday cups that are hand-made holiday drinks free of charge, the Coffealhouse chain added.
Here’s what you need to know about Starbucks’ holiday menu and other celebratory efforts:

Starbucks collaborates with Hello Kitty on holiday products
In addition to the holiday menu, Starbucks said it will offer the Holiday March Collection (festival drinks and gift sets) along with a limited edition collaboration with chain Hello Kitty.
“Starbucks and Hello Kitty have strong cultural fandom and deep roots,” said Cup Patries, Starbucks’ director of US merchandise, in a statement. “Interestingly, both were born in the ’70s. Hello Kitty in 1974 and Starbucks in 1971. I’m excited to bring back the nostalgic vibe with this special collaboration this holiday season.”
To put together the two brands for the collection, Patries added that it “feeled natural” because it “focused on nostalgia, human connection and connecting people.”
The exclusive collection features a set of items and collectibles, including a Hello Kitty stuffed toy dressed in the iconic Starbucks green apron (and her signature red bow), a $34.95 Hello Kitty ceramic mug, a $32.95 stainless steel cold cup, and a 295 cold bottles in a 26-oz stainless steel cold cup for the 24-OUNCE WOTR 295 cold bottles. A stainless steel 12oz tumbler for $24.95 and $32.95.
“The collection is fastened to tumblers, mugs and cold cups, and also offers fun, unexpected items,” Patrice said. “Whether you’re looking for a gift for a friend or a small one for yourself, this collection will make every moment feel a little more joyful and make every gift feel a little more personal.”
The Starbucks and Hello Kitty Collection will be available at Starbucks coffee houses in the US and Canada starting November 6th, but will be the last consumable item.
What else does Starbucks offer on your holidays?
This holiday season, Starbucks said that fan-favorite pastries will return, including snowman cookies, cranberry bliss bars and sugar plum cheese Danish, so the bakery case said they will “dress for the season.” New additions include polar bear cake pops and cinnamon pulled apartment bread
Also, for coffee fans who can’t wait until November 6th, Starbucks Holiday Coffee and Creamers are now available at select grocery stores and department stores, including Target and Walmart.
“Coffee fans looking for holiday flavors, such as peppermint mocha or sugar cookie latte, can buy Starbucks coffee, cream and ready-to-eat drinks, where groceries are sold nationwide,” Starbucks said.
