Coffee shop running is a great treat, but can get faster and faster. Brewing at home is cheap and can taste just as good with a few tweaks.

The famous names in the coffee industry, which have grown by many, have changed at least temporarily.
Maxwell House, a coffee brand in many American pantry, was rebranded in 2025 to Maxwell Apartment for the first time in 133 years to meet consumer needs.
“In a time when value is more important than ever, Americans are looking for value in their daily sectors, such as where they live almost a third of their third choice to buy a home,” the brand said in a news release published to the parent company, the Kraft Heinz website.
To celebrate the name change, Maxwell Apartments offers a “12-month lease” of coffee as a way for consumers to swallow coffee all year round, according to a news release.
Where can I buy Maxwell Apartments?
Classic Coffee Brand introduced the limited edition Maxwell Apartment Canister on National Coffee Day on September 29th. Plus, he has won several more grabs on Amazon.
The Maxwell Apartment Bundle is available for sale for $39.99.
This bundle includes four 27.5 oz canisters from Maxwell apartment. This is “The same Maxwell House Original Roast Ground Coffee you love, it’s just for the renter.”
“Along with the brand’s canisters, the year-long supply of coffee comes with an official Maxwell apartment “lease” for signing,” the news release said.
Coffee is available for a limited time only, but consumables last.
Is Maxwell House still available?
yes. Customers can purchase the regular Maxwell House Coffee Canisters online and at grocery stores. Maxwell Apartment is part of a limited time marketing campaign.
