Los Angeles Dodgers star Shohai Otani and his agents are sued by Hawaiian real estate investors and brokers for a $240 million housing development agreement.

The NFL linebacker and recent Washington commander listed his home at 974 Magellan Way in Hobart, Wisconsin for $639,900 last week.
The 5-bedroom, 3-and-a-half-half-bathroom home is located on 0.2 acres just south of Oneida Golf Course and east of Oneida Golf and Country Club. The 3,180-square-foot home was built in 2013. Smith acquired it in 2020 for $379,000.
The home features a large kitchen, two pantry, a dining corner, sitting area with a two-way fireplace, an arched living room and a main floor office. The primary bedroom suite features three closets: a deep tub, a fireplace and a walk-in shower. There are three garages. The property is adjacent to a large backyard pond. Optional clubhouse access is also available, with an indoor pool and a fitness centre.
Smith was drafted in the second round of Washington’s 2015 NFL Draft and played for four seasons. The Packers signed him as a free agent in 2019, and also acquired defensive side Zadarius Smith. The two have no relation, but after an immediate and aggressive contribution to the Packers’ defense, they were called the Smith Brothers.
During his five and a half years at Green Bay, Smith started 88 of his 91 games, scoring 44 sacks, ranking sixth among the Packers’ best sax leaders of all time. He had 12 bags in his first year in Green Bay in 2019. He has 70.5 bags in a 10-year career. He also scored two touchdowns in fumble recovery along with the Packers.
The Packers traded Smith for the Pittsburgh Steelers in November 2024. He played eight games with the Steelers and recorded two bags, but was released in February 2025.

The property includes a main house and guesthouse with a total of 14 bedrooms and 14½ bathrooms, with a list of $39.88 million. Gbaja-Biamila has retired from football.
