WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump said the “time of softening” for illegal immigrants ended after the horrifying death of Motel Nagamariah, who police said were beheaded and killed by employees in front of his wife and son.
Trump highlighted the incident in a post on True Society on September 14, making it the most famous crime he seized when he warned of crimes in American cities and illegally deported immigrants in the country.
According to the Department of Homeland Security, 37-year-old Jordanis Kobos Martinez, 37, who was charged with the murder of 50-year-old Nagamariah, had a criminal record including child sexual abuse, serious car theft, false imprisonment and carjacking.
“I know of horrifying reports of the murder of Chandra Nagamariah, a respected man in Dallas, Texas. He was brutally beheaded in front of his wife and son by an illegal Cuban alien who should not be in our country,” Trump wrote in his post.
Trump has condemned Cobos Martinez’s actions under the Biden administration, which remains in the country. According to Homeland Security, Cobos-Martinez was released from Texas detention centers on January 13th on supervisor’s order, despite a final removal order to Cuba.
“Don’t worry, when you’re softened to these illegal immigrant criminals, it’s under my watch!” Trump said.
The President added: “This offender we are in custody will be charged to the fullest extent of the law. He will be charged with first-degree murder!”
Police say Nagamalayan wife and son tried to intervene during an attack in downtown Dallas suite. However, Cobos Martinez pushed his wife and son away, continued his attack, eventually kicking Nagamalaya’s head across the parking lot and putting it in the trash can, police said.
Cobos-Martinez was arrested on state murder charges.
As Trump pushes the crackdown on crime in American cities, he and his allies are focusing on horrifying murders like the Nagamalayan incident to claim that American crimes are out of control. This includes the murder of a 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee on August 22. Irina Zaltoska was stabbed in the neck by a homeless man while riding a railroad car in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Trump recently announced that after deploying security guards in Washington, D.C., he plans to send National Guard to Memphis, Tennessee to tackle crime in the city.
