Cox did not provide a visual image of the inscription or detailed punctuation, spelling, or capital letters within it.
The casing where one recovered inscription was fired was, “What is this?”
There was also an inscription on the three casings that were recovered. They said:
- “Hey fascist! Catch!” followed by the up arrow symbol, the right arrow symbol, and three down arrow symbols.
- “Oh, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, goodbye, goodbye.”
- “If you read this, you’re a gay lmao.”
