RFK Jr. defends CDC director Susan Monarez’s firing
“There are a lot of problems with the CDC,” RFK Jr. said after firing Susan Monares over a vaccine policy conflict.
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump has called for immediate release of data on the issue while the CDC is “torn apart by this question,” and has called on pharmaceutical companies to “justify their success” in combating the Covid-19 virus.
In a post about Trump’s remarks on September 1, follow CDC Director Susan Monares’ sacking last week after her tenure, who is skeptical through vaccine policy with longtime vaccine Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Kennedy’s top deputy deputy, Jim O’Neill, was later appointed acting CDC director.
“Many people think they’re a miracle that saved millions of lives. Others don’t agree!” Trump said of symbiotics, including vaccines created by Pfizer, Moderna and other pharmaceutical companies. “I want the answer because the CDC is torn apart with this question, but I want it now.”
On August 27, the Food and Drug Administration set stricter guidelines on who can receive the latest Covid vaccination shots, recommending the vaccine for individuals over the age of 65 or with existing health problems.
In addition to Monares’ ouster, three other CDC officials resigned in protest against Kennedy leaders, including instructions on the vaccine.
Trump said Pfizer has provided “superficial” information detailing the positive effects of the vaccine in stopping the spread of the coronavirus, but it has been questioned why the same data is not being shown to the public.
“Why? They’re off on their next ‘hunt’ and everyone, like Bobby Kennedy Jr., or CDC, is trying to tear themselves apart and grasp the success or failure of the pharmaceutical community,” Trump said.
In response to Covid Pandemic in 2020, Trump has launched a speed of operation aimed at quickly developing vaccines to treat the virus. However, the vaccine rollout came in 2021 under former President Joe Biden.
By the time the vaccine was available to all Americans, many of Trump’s most stubborn supporters opposed vaccinations and questioned whether they were necessary. Trump met the boo in December 2021 and recommended that supporters receive a Covid booster at the rally and that they should too.
Trump said he hopes the CDC will release numbers and results from “now” “to clear the way it is now”!!!”
“I hope Warp Speed is as ‘glorious’ as many people say,” the president said. “If not, we all want to know about it.
