Boys’ Band alumni Nick Lachie and his wife Vanessa Lachie recently repurchased the stunning Los Angeles home from professional tennis star Naomi Osaka in nearly three years since selling it to a 27-year-old athlete.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Osaka recently sold a home he purchased from Lacheys in 2022 to a celebrity couple for $7.95 million. She reportedly bought a Tarzana in Los Angeles at home for $6.3 million.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Lacheys purchased a five-bedroom home in 2020 for just under $5 million.

While at home, Osaka has undergone renovations, including adding a gym to the backyard. It also features her name and personal logo.

The approximately 0.5 acres of Gate Estate also boasts an outdoor pool, hot tub and pickleball court, but there is no tennis court. The main house has five bedrooms and offers mountain views, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Architectural Digest reported that Lacheys was the first to sell the house and could move to Hawaii, while Vanessa filmed “NCIS: Hawaii.” The couple reportedly returned to California last year after the series was cancelled.

The sale comes after Osaka reached the final at the National Bank Open in Montreal, then lost to Victoria M Boko. She has marked her first Master 1000 Finals since Miami opened in 2022. She also followed her appearance in the 16th round in Washington, DC and 32nd round at Wimbledon.

Osaka is a four-time Grand Slam champion and won the crown at the US Open, with the Australian opening twice before his career.

Tarzana was a ranch once owned by Edgar Rice Burroughs, author of “Tarzan,” the Wall Street Journal reported. According to Redfin, Tarzana, known for its luxury homes, golf courses and country clubs, achieved a median home selling price of $1.1 million in July.
