In an exclusive interview, Vice President JD Vance congratulated Taylor Swift and Travis Kelse on the engagement, urging the NFL to remain neutral.
- JD Vance has expressed concern over the NFL’s potential bias against Kansas City chief after Travis Kelce’s involvement with Taylor Swift.
- Vance, a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals, is worried that the Chief will receive priority treatment from the judge.
- Vance’s comments burn existing conspiracy theories about NFL bias against the Chief Dynasty.
Vice President JD Vance claimed that the NFL is partial to the Kansas City chief.
Vance, a former Ohio Senator, said in an exclusive interview with USA Today that he hopes the NFL will not support the chief following the announcement of the engagement of Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.
“As a football fan – as a Cincinnati Bengals fan – I hope the NFL doesn’t give a thumbs up for the Kansas City chief. A controversial effort to expel the Federal Reserve Governor.
“You guys can’t have this, I’m worried that they’re going to do something about their Super Bowl wedding this season,” Vance said. “We can’t. Kansas City chiefs must follow the same rules as everyone else.”
“So, if you refer to being particularly friendly with Kansas City Chiefs players, I think all football fans should push the NFL back and look and say you guys are fair.
Vance’s words are lean meat for NFL conspiracy theorists who believe the NFL is biased towards chiefs during the dynasty. The Chiefs have won nine consecutive AFC West titles and three of their last six Super Bowls.
It also adds another layer to the Chiefs and Bengals rivalry.
Vance congratulated the couple on their recent involvement in the same interview.
