WASHINGTON – National Intelligence Director Tarsi Gabbard announced on August 19 that President Donald Trump had instructed her office to cancel security clearances from 37 former Intelligence Directors for politicization and manipulation.

“It is a privilege, not a right to entrust security clearance. Those who took pledge to the Constitution and cast their own interests before the interests of the American people have broken the sacred trust they have promised to support.” “In doing so they undermine our national security, the safety and security of our American people, and the fundamental principles of our Democratic Republic.”

Former officials accused of “breaking information classified without approval” include Biden administration official Emily Horn, a spokesman for the National Security Council, and Dilpreet Sidhu, who served as deputy chief of staff for the National Security Council.

Last month, the Director of the National Intelligence Director issued a report claiming that, after beating Hillary Clinton in 2016, former President Barack Obama and his National Security Cabinet “created manufacturing and politicized intelligence reports to lay the foundation for Trump.

Obama’s office dismissed the claim as another example of the constant “nonsense and misinformation” emanating from the White House.

“The documents issued last week do not overturn the widely accepted conclusion that Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election but failed to manipulate the vote,” Obama’s office said in a July 22nd statement.

Rubio is currently Trump’s Secretary of State.

On his first day in office, Trump revoked his former national security advisor, John Bolton, security clearance and his Secret Service protections.
