The Epstein Files reveal, Trump’s reaction
President Trump called for further disclosure regarding the Epstein case after many people requested the release of the so-called “client list.”
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump admitted on July 19 that he would unlikely meet his cry for details about Jeffrey Epstein.
That alone isn’t enough, Trump said on social media, if the court fully approves his request to release his big ju trial testimony about dishonest financiers and convicted sex offenders.
“There will be nothing enough for troublemakers and radical left madmen to make demands,” the president wrote. “It’s always more, more, more. Maga!”
Trump previously accused the Biden administration of hiding Epstein’s client list.
The Justice Department teased that more files will come out, but on July 7 Attorney General Pam Bondy said there is no client list and no further disclosure is required.
It led to a wave of backlash from Trump’s Maga base.
“No one believes there’s a client list,” Senator Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Georgia) posted on X on July 8th.
On July 18, federal prosecutors asked federal court in Manhattan to establish a grand ju judge transcript in a criminal case against Epstein and his former fellow Gislaine Maxwell. Epstein’s federal sex trafficking case was still pending when it was found dead in prison in 2019.
“Based on the outrageous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I asked Attorney General Pam Bondy to generate all relevant large ju court testimony, subject to court approval,” Trump wrote on social media.
Rep. Thomas Massey, a Kentucky Republican who introduced the law to make all the government’s Epstein records public, wrote in a social media post that Trump’s moves indicate that the pressure campaign is “at work.”
“But you need all the files,” Massie added.
It may take some time for the court to release the records, and the large juice documents are only part of an unpublished file.
“How about video, photos and other recordings?” Democrat Daniel Goldman, a former prosecutor, wrote on social media in response to Bondi, saying he was seeking the release of the testimony of the Great Juice. “What about the FBI… (an interview with an eyewitness)? What about texts and emails?”
