The Trump administration grilled with Jeffrey Epstein memo
The Justice Department has released a memo on Jeffrey Epstein, declaring that there is no “client list” despite the Attorney General’s past mentions.
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump and his administration have been shot in a friendly manner after a recent review of the Justice Department’s Jeffrey Epstein case file. Now, Democrats are also receiving their shots.
Rep. Marc Veasey of D-Texas is one of a handful of Democrats who are taking advantage of the new division between Trump and his foundations. Veasey said it plans to introduce a July 14 resolution calling for the release of “all files related to the Epstein case.”
Trump and top members of his administration spent years of Maga’s expectations for the scandalous Epstein “client list,” proving that in 2019 the dishonest financier didn’t commit suicide – last week defeating the base in a Justice Department report to confirm that there was no list and that Epstein took his own life.
“(Trump) and his Acolite burned rumors about the importance of these Epstein files to help his campaign. Veasey wrote in a July 13th post: “Stay or shut up!”
Trump said he supports the release of additional details from the Epstein case in his 2024 reelection campaign.
However, new memos by the Department of Justice and the FBI on July 7th do not report evidence from the client list or Epstein was murdered while in custody.
A prominent Maga figure has been furious, and many are calling for the expulsion of Attorney General Pam Bondy.
“Blondie doesn’t have President Trump and (Vice President JD Vance),” conservative activist and social media influencer Laura Rumer wrote on X on July 11th.
“Sadly, the patience of the base is now diminishing,” added Rumer.
Another close Trump ally, former White House chief strategist and podcaster Steve Bannon warned that the explosion could cost Republicans in future elections.
“It’s deeper than Epstein,” Bannon told a crowd of young conservatives at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit on July 12.
“To make this go,” he added, “You’ll lose 10% of the Maga movement. If you lose 10% of the Maga movement right now, you’ll lose 40 seats (2026), you’ll lose your presidency.”
The Democrats certainly hope so.
With California Democrat Rep. Ro Khanna, and with Rep. Veasey, he has introduced amendments to an unrelated bill that also requires the release of documents related to the Epstein case.
The unlikely proposal to move forward in a GOP-controlled home could put Republicans in the awkward position of meeting Death and Magazine Base with Democrats and trying to get over the issues as Trump had requested.
“We’re in one team, Maga. I don’t like what’s going on,” the president wrote in a July 12 post. “We have a perfect regime, a world story, and “selfish people” trying to hurt it.
