After months of teasing, McDonald’s snack wrap has officially returned to restaurants across the country.

The beloved menu item, phased out nationwide in 2016, is available in two flavors: spicy and ranch.

Customers can get it as a snack wrap a la carte or combo meal. This includes two snack wraps, medium fries and a drink of your choice. The wrap costs $2.99.

Snack wraps are available daily after breakfast time.

As fans are rushing to get the fresh taste of the highly anticipated returns of the rap, here’s what you need to know about their calories and nutritional information – and here’s a comparison with the cheese-filled Big Mac and Quarter Pounder.

The snack wrap features one of McDonald’s new MacCrispy strips, according to the chain, topped with finely lettuce and shredded cheese, and wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

According to McDonald’s, the Big Mac comes in two beef patties, a special sauce, lettuce, processed cheese, pickles and onions on toasted sesame bread.

Included in popular menu items 570 caloriesAccording to the chain, it has 32 grams of fat and 920 milligrams of sodium, 46 grams of carbohydrates and 24 grams of protein.

These numbers represent almost twice the amount of calories, fats and sodium as a California chicken snack wrap.

According to the chain, the quarter pounder with cheese comes with a quarter pound of beef, and two melted processed cheeses in sesame bread.

Included in the sandwich 530 calories41 grams of carbohydrates and 29 grams of protein, plus 27 grams of fat and 1,050 milligrams of sodium.

How do snack wraps compare to chicken mcnuggets and macryspie strips?

According to McDonald’s, there 10 pieces of 410 calories Chicken McNuggets and 20 pieces of 830 calories.

The 10-piece serving has 23 grams of protein and 24 grams of total fat, while the 20-piece has 46 grams of protein and 49 grams of total fat.
