President Donald Trump targeted Elon Musk after his former adviser opposed the president’s signature law and announced the creation of a new political party.

“I’m sad to see Elon Musk completely “off the rail.” It has essentially been a train wreck over the past five weeks,” Trump wrote on social media on July 6th.

Musk announced the formation of the “American Party” on July 5, the day after Trump signed the Megaville. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office predicts the law will increase national debt by $3.4 trillion.

“When it comes to bankrupting our country with waste and grafts, we live in a one-party system, not a democracy,” Musk wrote on social media platform X on July 5th.

Trump criticized third parties in a July 6 post.

“One of the good things about third parties is the creation of complete and total confusion and confusion, and we have enough of it with radical left Democrats,” writes Trump.

According to MUSK-Forbes, the world’s wealthiest $45 billion world wealthiest person – Trump and other Republicans, spent about $290 million to help them elect Trump and other Republicans. During the first months of Trump’s presidency, Musk led efforts to cut federal agencies through government efficiency.

The two have been assaulted in recent weeks as masks have strongly criticized Trump’s “big beautiful bills” that include tax cuts, increased spending on immigration enforcement, and Medicaid’s military and deep spending cuts. The bill would increase the debt cap by $5 trillion.

Musk threatened to increase key challengers to everyone except for everyone but two Republicans in the House and those who supported the bill, including three in the Senate.

“All members of Congress who campaigned to cut government spending and quickly voted for the biggest debt increase in history should be in embarrassment and bowed their heads!” Musk wrote before Trump signed the legislation. “And if that’s the last thing I do on this planet, they’ll lose their primary next year.”

Musk had taken steps to repair tensions with the president. This ahead of new sparring, including a personal apology for the insults he undertook during the battle exit from the Trump administration last month.

The announcement of Musk’s new party comes after he proposed in May to stop his political spending to return his attention to Tesla and SpaceX in his company.
