Jeff Bezos marries Lauren Sanchez at a gorgeous Venice wedding
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos married journalist Lauren Sanchez in Venice and married celebrities guests such as Kardashian and Tom Brady.
With the “wedding of the century” wrapped around Kim Kardashian couldn’t have any more adoration.
The reality star and the founder of Skim gushed out about the wedding between friends Lauren Sanchez Bezos and husband Jeff Bezos on Friday, June 27th, taking them to her Instagram stories to celebrate the newlyweds.
“What a beautiful bride,” Kardashian wrote, tagging Sanchez Bezos the next day. “We all cried to see you walk down the (aydarw) in pure bliss!”
Kardashian also revealed that the wedding venue, located on a small island in San Giorgio, across the water from St. Mark’s Square, is located in a “magic” forest. “The love we all felt in the room is something we will never forget, and why do we all love and support you so much,” she added. “Support the happiest couple! You deserve it!”
The billionaire Amazon founder and award-winning television journalist tied the knot on Friday, June 27th at a very luxurious Venetian wedding after a few days of star-studded fiancé events.
The photographer spotted A-list guests on the way to the ceremony, including Kardashian and his sister Khloe Kardashian, their youngest sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, and family patriarch Kris Jenner. Oprah Winfrey and his friend Gale King. Model Brooksnader; Leonardo DiCaprio and his model girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti. Bezos’ fellow billionaire Bill Gates. Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner. Tom Brady; Orlando Bloom.
Vogue revealed that out of the 200 guests, around 70 are the duo’s family. “The wedding is very intimate,” Sánchez Bezos said.
Sanchez Bezos was inspired by a similar dress worn by iconic Italian actress Sofia Lauren in the 1958 film Houseboat, and wore a high-neck Dolce and Gabbana silhouette dress decorated with priestly buttons covered in 180 silk chiffon paired with tulle and lace veils.
The casually covered newlyweds were found on a boat leaving the Aman Hotel in Venice on Sunday, June 29th. The couple smiled and waved to the photographer as they left.
