Japan executed a man known as “Twitter Killer.” He was convicted of nine, mostly women, mostly women, in his first use of the death penalty for almost three years.

“The death penalty was finalized following a thorough testing process. After careful and careful consideration of all the factors, I issued the execution order,” Suzuki said.
