If you love coffee, have a travel bug and are obsessed with your phone, Starbucks may do the best job for you.

Starbucks is hiring two content creators to travel to some of the most unique places in the world, the coffee company announced on May 28th.

The creator’s primary responsibility is to acquire experience at these locations, such as Starbucks Coffee Farm in Costa Rica, Starbucks Reserve Roaster in Milan, or Coffee House in Tokyo.

“Creators highlight the care and craft that enter every cup of Starbucks coffee, as well as the diverse Starbucks experiences in communities around the world,” Starbucks said in the release.

According to the Job List, a full-time one-year role can earn up to $136,000.

What do Starbucks content creators do?

According to Starbucks job descriptions, content creators will move to 10-15 of the company’s locations around the world in a one-year time frame.

In addition to the travel part, employees will be tasked with creating “engaging social content that highlights interesting social first stories that focus on global brand and product experiences.”

The creative parts of the role include creating and pitching ideas, editing and publishing videos for Starbucks social channels.

How to Become a Starbucks Content Creator

Starbucks employs two content creators, including current employees and one external candidate.

The application window will be open until June 13th. Interested candidates can apply on the Starbucks website.

This process also includes video requirements. Applicants should post a video to Tiktok explaining why they are suitable for the job. The video is published and the caption must include the #starbucksglobalcoffeecreator.

Applicants must be a US resident age 18 or older with a valid passport. Outside of role-related travel, it is a remote position.

According to the job posting, the pay range for the content creator role ranges from $80,100 to $136,000.

Starbucks covers travel expenses and expenses related to work trips, and reads the job description.

Additionally, this role involves insurance, paid leave and retirement benefits.
