You’ll soon be able to drink like Peter Griffin: The drunken ham from the animated series Family Guy will be coming to Boston this summer.
Starting July 18th, Boston’s West End restaurant Johnny will transform into a drunken clam with neon signs and an iconic booth. We offer signature cocktails, food menus for “Eat My Junk”, and trivia and karaoke with a “Family Guy” theme.
“Peter and the guys made thousands of stupid decisions with the drunken clams of ‘Family Guy’. This is your chance to make some stupid decisions of your own! “The executive producer said Rich Appel and Alex Luckin in a press release.
The “interactive bar experience” comes to life thanks to BucketListers, a travel media company that allows people to find and book events. The company has already hosted drunken events in Los Angeles and Houston.

What is “Family Guy”?
“Family Guy” is an animated comedy series following the adventures of the Griffin family. “Lovely and ignorant Peter,” his wife, Lois, has three children, including Social Doubt Cast Meg, the nasty Chris and Baby Ornius’ Stewie. Rhode Island comedian Seth MacFarlane is a creator and voice actor for lead.
Where are the drunk clams?
In “Family Guy,” the Drunkie is located in a fictional town in Kuahog, Rhode Island.
However, the pop-up will take over West End Johnny at 138 Portland Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
When can I visit drunk clams?
The drunken clams open on Friday, July 18th, and will continue at certain unlimited times. Those who want to go can purchase tickets from June 11th.
Drinking clam food and drink
Drunk Crum pop-ups offer the “Eat My Junk” food menu with “creative twists in classic moments from the show” like good old-fashioned value burgers and greased hearing impaired. It was created by show winner Becky Brown.
Signature cocktails include:
- NO NOOOOO (reposado tequila, watermelon, lemon, agave, tadine)
- Shut up Meg (infused gin, honey, lemon, thyme)
- The Evil Monkey (tequila, blackcurrant berry, jalapeño tincture, lime, topococho)
- Cool whip (vodka, espresso blend, Mr. Black, whipped cream)
- Pewterschmidt Industries (Bourbon with Bourbon, Peach Liqueur, Lime, Basil, Topochico)
How much does it cost?
Drunk tickets start at $18. This includes welcome cocktails and mocktails.
