LOS ANGELES – Jollibee is set to open its first location in Oregon on May 30th, marking the bee’s first foray into Beaver State.
The 10875 NE Cornell Road location in Hillsboro offers the first 50 in-store customers and first 50 drive-thru customers free of charge, free Jollibee T-shirts per year per month, according to a reporter release.
“The Portland Metro area has a vibrant food scene that embraces international flavours, so we can’t wait to introduce the area’s residents and visitors to a fun and unique dining experience, especially to those looking for a new and exciting culinary experience.”
The Philippine fast food chain is based in West Covina, whose US business is just east of Los Angeles, and opened two stores in New Jersey earlier this year.
Jollibee was named the Best Fast Food Fried Chicken Provider in 2024 by USA Today 10 Best.

In an email to USA Today, the company said it hopes to open more:
- Downtown San Francisco
- New York City Grand Central Terminal
- Queens, New York
- Oxnard, California
- Stockton, California
- Elk Grove, California
The company was unable to confirm the timing of the opening.
