Today’s secret new cars are not too expensive. However, to provide an attractive value proposition, RAM is reviving the 2026 RAM 1500 Express. The starting price is $44,495, which is lower than the average new car price, making it one of the most affordable RAM 1500 models you can buy.
The RAM 1500 Express offers options by extending the crew or “quad” cab layout and choosing between rear or four-wheel drive. It also standardizes laser-etched interior trim, black bezel round LED headlights, five single-color exterior colors (black, white, gray, two blues), body color front and rear bumpers, adaptive cruise control, 3.6 liters, 305-HP Pentastar V-6 motor.
For an additional $1,695, you can choose the lower power version of the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged hurricane inline 6 engine, which generates 420 hp and unleashes the ability to tow up to 11,550 pounds when installed in a quad cab with a rear drive.
Looking for extra visual talent? RAM 1500 Black Express Package includes sports hoods, black badges, 20 inch wheels, LED fog lights, running boards, black cloth bucket seats, and 7 inch gauge clusters. This package is available only for quad cabs and crew 4WD models and costs just $995.
You can see the breakdown of the starting prices for the 2026 RAM 1500 Express below.
- Quad Cab 2WD: $44,495
- Crew Cab 2wd: $47,245
- Quad Cab 4WD: $48,345
- Crew Cab 4WD: $51,095
Express replaces the discontinued RAM classic and marks the revival of practicality-oriented choices focused on popular values. Pickup trucks now have the option to compete even in the most luxurious SUVs, but sometimes they want a well-equipped, unfrilled truck to get the job done. This seems to be that truck.
RAM first offered Black Express in 2013 and again in 2019. So, just as we all love pickups powered by Hoo-Rah Hemi, the 2026 RAM Express will definitely benefit from the recent thorough Midcycle updates of the model.
This is the first example of RAM CEO Tim Kuniskis’ plan to launch 25 product updates over the next 18 months. Not all rollouts are known yet, but that’s an aggressive schedule.
The 2026 RAM 1500 Express order is currently open and delivery is expected to begin in the third quarter of this year.
