Zaxbys continues its western expansion at its first Arizona location

Date:

Zaxbys’ first Arizona location is set this week as the chain expands its new western footprint.

This is part of the Zaxbys plan, which will open dozens of locations nationwide this year, and will be Zaxbys, the second in the West of the United States, following the chain’s first Las Vegas location that launched in April.

The location is scheduled to open in the Phoenix area on Wednesday, August 13th. Later in the celebration on August 19, the restaurant has promised six months of free menu items to its first 100 guests, Zaxbys said in a news release.

Known for its chicken bids and special sauces, Zacks has a major southeastern presence in states such as Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Mississippi. However, the chain is looking to expand, aiming to open its 1,000th new location in 2025, including its first restaurant in Nevada and Arizona.

Other openings for 2025

The Phoenix Area opening is the latest addition to the 2025 New Zacks location list. The states where New Zacks locations opened this year include South Carolina, Tennessee, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina, Kansas, Virginia and Mississippi.

Where is Zaxbys open in Arizona?

The new location, which will open on August 13th, will be at 37756 N. Ganzel Road in Santa Valley, a suburb of Phoenix.

The new location spans 3,000 square feet and has 56 seats for dining guests, but in addition to dual drive-thru and curb pickup doors, the service is fast.

Sharlene Smith, Chief Operating Officer of Zaxbys, thanked the owner of the latest location in the press release.

“Thanks to the dedication of our franchise partners Brian and Jessica Nelson, we are accelerating growth in the West and continuing to introduce Zacks’ famous fingers and signature sauce to new fans around the country,” Smith said.

On August 19th, almost a week after the restaurant’s opening, Smith will be attending a ribbon cutting ceremony at the location.
