Watch Lady Gaga hug a dancer who slipped off stage during a show
Michael Dameski, one of Lady Gaga’s dancers, appears to be unharmed after slipping off the stage during a performance in Australia.
Every year since the end of the pandemic allowed people to safely gather in large numbers for concerts, the concert industry has seen record ticket sales.
Years after the anecdote of “pent-up demand,” artists are still adding dates as the only way to make money, and consumers are still shelling out hundreds or even thousands of dollars for tickets.
Streaming services are no replacement for live music, and performers would be foolish not to take advantage of fans who forego paying rent for the joy of breathing the same air for two hours.
As 2026 begins, there are some interesting question marks (Harry Styles? Yes, we’re ready), a guaranteed ticket rush (the return of BTS and Bruno Mars), and the usual series of greetings (Greetings, Olivia Dean) and farewells (Journey, solid to the end).
Here’s what you need to know about the 26 tours scheduled for 2026.
